Mike Schmidt, CEO - Ensemble Ventures, LLC - A business development, capital formation and technology adaptation services firm. Mike is a native of Colorado, and a Strategic Business Development and Tactical marketing and sales professional/ entrepreneur with integrated skills in both technology and marketing/sales disciplines. Twenty-plus years of international start-up company experience and management-level consulting engagements with over 30 clients.  Technical Skills include; new product design, development, project planning, software definition and creation, and product engineering prototype work, manufacturing support, and logistics. Mike is also a member of and Chair of the Colorado Springs Entrepreneurs Group.

Katie Carrol has had an eclectic career encompassing acting, broadcasting, public relations and marketing, interior design and even defense contracting.

Carrol is currently the director of media relations and communications for the Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado.  She is the executive producer and host of the weekly radio program INSIGHTS, as well as the executive producer and host of a monthly television program, THE BBB EYE.  She is responsible for the Bureau’s advertising, marketing, media placement, public relations, Web site and overall communications efforts.

Tonya Hall is owner and CEO of the Colorado Springs-based marketing company Barzhini.  She is also the Director of Emerging Business Sectors for the Greater Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce, as well as a key member of the Economic Development Corporation's campaign to market the city.

Prior to this, Tonya was a sales and marketing executive in cable television and internet industries for 18 years.  Today, she helps specializes in helping businesses and forward-thinking professionals leverage the incredible potential of social media.

Conor is CEO of BombBomb.com a Video Email Marketing company he founded at the end of 2006. He has more than 10 years of experience in sales, marketing and entrepreneurship. Conor started his career as an entrepreneur in the multi-family housing industry, where he grew his business to 60 employees. Conor then went into the local media business, growing annual ad revenues from $175K to $1.1M in just 4 years.

 Laura Benjamin is President of Pinehurst Press Ltd. Communication and Career Strategies, a veteran-owned, woman-owned small business in Colorado Springs. Since 1997, Laura’s company has worked with private individuals, teams, boards and business owners who struggle to communicate who they are, what they want and what they can do for others. Laura speaks and trains internationally on interpersonal communication.
